16 August 2015. Marina Dekavalla, PI of the 'Television framing of the 2014 Scottish independence referendum' project, talked about her research on how Scottish news and current affairs programmes explained what the referendum decision was about in the final stage of the campaign. The event was part of the Festival of Politics, held at the Scottish Parliament. The panel included Bernard Ponsonby, political editor at STV, Sarah Smith, presenter of the BBC's Scotland 2015, and Neil Blain, emeritus professor at Stirling University. It was chaired by Mandy Rhodes, Editor of Holyrood Magazine.
